Terms of Service

Before You Commission:

-No requests at this time. No Exceptions.
-G to R rated material only! Pin up style nudity is acceptable.
-ALL PRICES ARE FLEXIBLE. I am not unreasonable! :)
-YES, you can request more than one item. (Subject to availability)
-No extreme fetishes! But explain your idea, and I may be able to come up with a compromise.
-I do reserve my right to say 'no' to commission requests. Either because some may be questionable or that I am simply too busy!
 

Process/Payment:

-Paypal ONLY At this time! Sorry!
-Payment is expected AFTER the initial sketch is completed and the necessary revisions are made with the client's approval.
-For sketches payment is upfront unless otherwise stated.
-Delayed payment is acceptable! (**Be Advised: I will not release the completed image unless payment has been confirmed!)
-You're allowed, and encouraged to send me e-mails/notes to make sure I keep up!
-I reserve my right to redo a piece at my own discretion. It is simple; If I know I can do something better for you, I will. The client will be notified.
-Screenshots (if applicable) of my current progression can be sent upon request.
 

After Completion:

-Once completed, you are free to post it and share it, so long as credit is given and you point back to the source!
-You are also free to make icons, journal headers, etc. As long as credit is due!
-Sketches, you are allowed to colour them yourself or have other artists try their hand. I'd love to see what you/they make of it!
-You may inquire as to owning the original line work from me. I can't promise speedy shipping, however. I am working on this, but more often than not it proves to be an issue.
-You may inquire as having the high resolution file of your piece for your personal use (desktops, icons, etc)
